Unable to Make Payments or Purchases on My Account

Dear Nedbank Support,

I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my new Nedbank account. I am unable to make any beneficiary payments, or purchase electricity or airtime. I have contacted the call centre several times without resolution.

I also visited the Umlazi Mega City branch, where I was informed that the issue had been resolved. However, the problem still persists — I am still unable to perform any of the above transactions.

Please treat this as urgent and assist in resolving the issue immediately. Kindly confirm once the matter has been escalated and provide feedback on when I can expect full functionality on my account.
