Unable to logon

Good Day<br> <br> Kindly assist with logon problem to Nedbank Greenbacks.<br> When I try logging on it accepts my e-mail address and password, I accept on the approve-it message and then the page attempts to authenticate me and I receive the following error.<br> <br> Server Error in '/' Application.<br> <br> Auth Call Failed - Authentication ResultCode=R04<br> <br> Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. <br> <br> Exception Details: System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Auth Call Failed - Authentication ResultCode=R04<br> <br> A lady at the card division call center was assisting me but I think she dropped the call because she didn't know how to resolve the issue and the line was muted without her advising me to hold.<br>
