Unable to login to Nedbank money app

Worst experience ever. I have been struggling to login to my nedbank money banking app, I un-installed the app and reinstalled it and it gives me a message " Registration failed. Profile suspended" after I put in my ID and clicked next. I contacted the call center, who checked and can find no issues profile shows active, then I go transfered to ***** who also advised they do not see any blocks on there end either. A call was the logged with nedbank technical department who also came back with no help. I was told to go into the branch which I did and guess what profile is active but they can't find the issue. The teller then looked another call with ***** dearoment to check and for authorisation. No one knows what to do I need help. I am at the point where I am changing a bank now.
