Unable to help
I have always had my voyager credit card linked to my internet profile. All of a sudden the voyager credit card disappeared from my profile. The card has not expired and according to voyager there are no problems with the card. Well and good. I then contacted Nedbank to try and found out why the card was removed and the best answer I could get was that it was going to expire at the end of March 2015 and therefore it was removed from the profile. What absolute stupidity. So for six weeks while the card is still valid one cannot transact on it on the internet. Then I was told to dial into to telephone banking but every time I entered my profile and pin number I was told the profile was not active. Go Figure, there I am sitting watching my profile on the internet and am being told on the telephone that my profile is not active. The persons at the call centre for telephone banking kept telling me to enter my profile and pin number, despite me telling them that the response was that the profile was not active. Eventually the only solution is to go to the branch. Well Done Nedbank. You are truly a modern bank.
