Unable to get through to Overdraft Contact Centre for incomplete cancellation

I have called I needed to get to overdraft since i cancelled my overdraft but they still charging me fees I called 3 times after holding for a while 1st lady i spoke to i didn't get her name the 2nd lady was Wandile and Lastly Lesedi when i asked her to rather drop them an email for a callback she advised that its not possible to do that therefore I am reaching out here as my last resort Thanks..I may be contacted on ***
