Unable to get proof of payment (Internet banking)

I have just spent almost the whole morning trying to figure out how to get a proof of payment on the new Nedbank Internet banking site, I even sent a tweet to Nedbank on Twitter but did not get a response maybe because it's a public holiday. I have searched on Google but no information is available on this, can Nedbank please make such information freely available and also improve on this because I am still unable to get the proof of payment I need. On the old Internet banking site it was much easier to get everything as all the menus were on top.
