Unable to get a paid up letter

<p>I contacted Nedbank numerous amount of time to get a paid up letter, everytime the consultants tell me they going to send the paid up letter and it will take up to 48 hours. Its been 3 months now still nothing is beng recieved!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I also sent two emails ********** on the 04 November 2016 11:40 AM and Mon 2016/11/14 06:33 AM still nothing? Your customer service sucks big time!!!!! now you ffering me more loans? Get me my paid up letter ASAP! The NCR is my next stop</p>
