Unable to deposit into non resident account due to unending excuses at Woodmead branch.

Have been struggling to have money deposited in my non-resident account in this branch. Its been excuse after excuse and it service there is far below expectations . Does this branch actually do foreign currency deposits ? Can l get feedback and urgent assistance on this please.
