Unable to collect Card due to Finger prints
I went to Nedbank in Alberton on Friday 9 October to collect my Credit Card as mine has expired.

After standing in a long que and finally reaching the teller with my ID and Proof of Residence they asked to scan my finger prints and take a photo.

The lady said she will return shortly and then left.

On her return she asked to scan my finger prints again and then again.

Then she said that they are unable to pick up my finger prints and have to go to Home affairs and get my finger prints done.

I refuse to go and stand in home affairs for hours just to get my new credit card??? I have NEVER had a problem with collecting my cards until now and I refuse going to home affairs.

I collected my Debit card two month ago and had no problem, now all of a sudden because my finger prints are unable to pick up on their system I cannot get my card?? I have provided my ID and I am there in living body, what more do they want.

I want to move my branch to Meyersdal or i will be moving to another bank as this is Ridiculous.
