Unable to close the check account

I would say a dedifinate 0 for nedbank is a nightmare in my life they always play around with my money I wouldn't recommend anyone to open any account there as it's a nightmare to even close it....I'm not happy with the service that dont even give clients chance to speak...they hire rude consultants and send us stupid SMS and call us non stop.
