Unable to close overdraft

I have tried 3 x to get Nedbank to cancel my overdraft - which I have never used - 3 x failed - they are so desperate now that hanging onto your monthly bank charges is the only way they can get business l. Seriously everyone should close their accounts amd go to Capitec - bank charges are cheaper - the software is much more advanced - staff are nicer - Nedbank is just a dinosaur - Nicola Clamp account number ***
