Unable to close out my late husband's Nedbank account (been trying since 2020)

Note: Nedbank, giving you a one-star rating is grossly inaccurate; you deserve a minus 10-star rating, if not more.

I have been trying to close out my late husband's loan account with Nedbank since 2020. It is now January 2023, and I am still at it. I have emailed Nedbank countless times, called them, been into the branch to seek assistance several time, all to no avail. The one email address I was given (***) does not even work - and they said that was the updated email address!!!

It seems Nedbank either does not care about such matters or they do not know what to do in such a situation.
