Unable to cancellig Credit card account with Nedbank

I am not happy with the service when calling the ***, I always get disconnected by a lady when being transferred to the credit department saying I must callback, on the same number I called and drops the phone. This happened twice and today.

So how should I cancel my credit card account when this happens?
