Unabated Terrorizing of Black Bond-holders of Nedbank

After 20 years of been a valuable client of Nedbank, one of the Bank officers, Ms Estelle Besuidenhout is eager to force-close my accounts after getting in arrears with the house-bond due to reasons above my scope. She claimed that I was informed about the process on 2 Febr. 2020. However, it is evident that the letters was misdirected (different physical and email addresses)and Ms. Mduma the banker acknowledged that she did not use my email address. Although I propose corrective measures, she continues with a hostile, uncompromising conduct. Subsequently, This is proof to me on how Nedbank treats bond holders of colour. She cannot proof that I received the notification, but unfortunately her colonial conduct continues. I've been with Nedbank since 2000 and none of my other accounts are in arrears. The fact that Nedbank is in court for terrorizing black bond-holders does not deter Ms. Bezuidenhout from adding another statistic. I really would like an investigation and corrective measure on her conduct, because she continues unabated whilst, I am offering to pay an amount and Ms. Mduna, the banker is supportive that an alternative can be arranged, because of the misdirected communication of Nedbank.
