Un-authorized debit

<p>I spoke to call centre agent advising him about un-authorized debit on my account by Nedbank he then made me to wait for 20 minutes and he could not assistance, he just told me they can not assist me. I am worried by how Nedbank takes our money unlwafully get away with it.</p>
