Umzimkhulu Nedbank has unresolved ********** issues

Be careful of Umzimkhulu Nedbank branch I had lots of unresolved ********** transactions that occurred while out of town and having a card with me. Nedbank card and chip security is very poor but what wonders me is why nedbank Bank card and not others from other banks. So, stay away from nedbank if you had similar issues like I had they will never solve it. 2018 they chowed about R20k from my savings account and that money was never paid and when I asked for the atm footages so to know what happened they told me it's hard to get those footage clips. I want my money Umzimkhulu Nedbank
