*****ulent withdrawal of a CashSend money.

<div>My name is Keabetsoe Mashabela. I sent R3000 from my main account to a cell phone number ***. When this person went to withdraw the money at a Nedbank atm in Protea Glen in Soweto, a slip came out saying that the money has been redeemed. When I called the Nedbank help line with this issue, the was traced to have been redeemed from Mdantsane in Umthatha. When I sent the money via my money app, an automated voucher and PIN number were generated by the app. I was given an option to share details, I shared with the person I sent the money to. I fail to understand how someone in umthatha received the details to withdraw the money. I find it disturbing also that Nedbank creates PIN numbers for us. Can I please be refunded my money thank you.</div>
