*****ulent transactions on my account

I am tired of Nedbank harassing me. They allowed an online purchase on my account without sending me a notify me message to confirm the payment. This happened three times on my account, even after I stopped the card. The funny thing is that I had no money in that account, so why were the payment allowed to go through??? NOW THEY ARE HARASSING ME TO PAY THEM BACK THE MONEY!!!
