*****ulent report happened In nedbank ATM in Pinetown

My number was hacked yesterday 16/02/24. I saw on the slip that tye person who hacked my number tried to withdraw using nedbank ATM at Pinewalk in Pinetown. I have ATM number and the address. I than went to nedbank Pinecrest to request assistance of how can I access footage so that this ***** will stop. The Indian lady who was helping me said they can not help at the branch level I have to call toll free number, which I did and I was told that the branch supposed to help. Back and forth make online call up until the lady said because I haven't lost any money there is no case. I phoned frand department again they insisted that this is the branch case, but advised that I report to the police. I did just that. I am so disappointed with branch and ***** department for not giving clear assistance on what I requested. I am still interested in see the footage because the ***** has to stop. The fact that I haven't loss anymore from my account does not mean my privacy be kept at nowhere. To me this means that nedbank is encouraging ***** if they allow these people to go away even if there is proof of the address and ATM used by *****ulent. I believe that justice should be done, people to be guided on which correct steps to take in order to have access on the footage. If that is not allowed what is than the use on those cameras on ATMs?
