*****ulent Financial Institution

I've been trying to close my overdraft account. The bank refuses to do this saying I owe money. I pay it up and ask again. They refuse to act and close account, charge me bank fees and say I owe them money again. I pay it up so balance is in a credit. They charge me bank fees and say they can't close account because I again owe them their bank fees. This is *****. I live in America and its impossible for me to call them. I've sent numerous emails and messages via app. Nothing. Just a money making business to charge fees for an account that has not been used in years.
