*****ulent credit application

Im so annoyed , i went to a nedbank kiosk to open a bank account only to find out that a credit card was app**** on my behalf.I sent an inbox on the nedbank facebook page and they denied.When I check my credit report now nedbank appears as part of hard searches.This is very unprofessional and they have lost me as a client.
