*****ulent covers

P11PL***5. *****ulent insurance. I lodged a claim for the 1st time in years since I took the insurance, for a TV and the claim get approved and I am told the insurance will deduct 2 access because I took cover with 2 access. How is that possible? How can I take insurance with 2 access when I have been insured for years with 1 access by different companies for my assets? Is this how this insurance is going to take my money from access which they can choose 1? I am so angry and I might as well cancel this insurance as they are distorting money from us *****ulently.
