*****ulent activity on my Nedbank business account.

***** was committed on my business account and to date no information can be provided. Every time I call, I keep being told that the case has been allocated to an administrator. today I spent an hour on the phone, going from pillar to post only to be told to email. There seems to be know acknowledgement of the crime committed on my account. I pay over R3000 in banking fees a month and expect my money to be returned that's been ******. I have immediately contacted the bank and was informed that 60 transaction went off my account. They could have easily blocked these transactions from going through but did not. How safe is our money in the bank anyways!!! Constantly being told that it takes 6 - 9 weeks for the investigation. Which business can survive when your cash flow has been ******!! Lucia Soboka has terrible service!!
