*****ulent activity on my home loan and Nedbank doesnt take it seriously

I am extremely frustrated with Nedbank services, there has been *****ulent activity on my home loan account and they cannot even find me on their system, but the debit order goes off every month without fail. I have even been to a branch and they could not pick up my account or attend to the ***** query. I am very concerned with their security system if its so easy to steel funds out of clients accounts.
