*****ulent activity by Nedbank for value added product

Someone from MFC called on the 27th November 2025 to offer value added product on my vehicle, on the 28th i asked that the policy be cancelled, a person by name of Katlego responded that it has been cancelled, i called MFC Nedbank now, Yhey say policy was again opened on the 4th December without my consent, this is *****. They have deducted for 2 months and when u called they say cancellation takes 48hrs, how? After I was told it’s cancelled in November 2025 already. Now the lady i spoke to hang up on me, phone went as if it’s a technical error on their side and subsequently hunged up. The policy number ***
