*****ulent activities in my NEDBANK banking app

I am the only person with my app login details, but *****sters were able to go into my app and do send imali transactions while i was asleep. I have logged a case GFCFS-183789 and am told it will take 9weeks for investigations. I trusted nedbank to keep my funds safe but it was so easy for ****mers to go onto their system and de***** me, now i sit with R 3700 less on my budget that was to be used to pay my bills (affecting my credit scoring). When i call the ***** department to follow up, the call get dropped after i give my case reference number. What a disappointment from a so-called reliable bank. The public needs to know that their funds are not safe on nedbank apps. FYI, I have never had a card for my account
