*****ulant withdrawals

I represent a social club called Hlayisani Social Club and there was a *****ulant transactions by a banks customer unauthorized by the organisation, we reported to Nedbank Arcadia Pretoria on the 14/04/2025 Case: ***3 and they confirmed that they will have the matter investigate and give us a response in 40 days which expired with no update. We followed up and was given another 40 days still nothing and the amounts that were *****ulently removed from our account still has not been replaced.
