UIF DOCUMENTS

I am very angry, frustrated, annoyed and tired of waiting. I was a farm support assistant under Amathuba-Collective but funded by nedbank from 03/05/2021 till end of contract 03/05/2022. I have been waiting for my UI-19 form it's been 2 months now they still haven't sent it. When I called Amathuba-Collective I was told to call Youth at work which is partnering with Amathuba-Collective if I am not mistaken so when I spoke with the via email I was told they are waiting for nedbank to send the forms to them. The lady i then called from Youth at work is Fhumulani. And the annoying part is that the company that recruited me which is Amathuba-Collective here in capetown say they are not responsible for the forms and there's nothing they can do on their side as I need to be in contact with Youth at work. Fhumulani has saying they are still waiting for nedbank to send the forms. I do not know why is nedbank taking long because the contract ended in May now we are in July. I am very annoyed with this. Working in the farm very hard and when you need the documents for the money you have been contributing at labour for UIF they are telling stories. I have tried applying for jobs with no luck no one is supporting me I am struggling but I have money at labour which I need to claim.. Nedbank why are you taking so long with giving us our forms. We contributed for UIF it is our money that was deducted no Yours not Amathubas not youth at work but our money. I don't need any explanation now or any stories I have waited for too long now I just need an email with my documents I requested. I have to call, you guys don't call us or responding to emails I have to call. I am a chronic person how do I take my medication in an empty stomach. This i so unfair and I want my documents be sent not an explanation or stories. My email is *** and number ***. This was not my first employment I have worked before for many companies I have never experienced this before. You guys knew the contract ends in May you should have prepared for the requested documents in April. I payed for the UIF I deserve that money and I want it.
