uhappy customer

good day I am writing this frustrated by nedbank consolidation loans, I app**** for a consolidation loan yesterday 03/01/2023 as I need to pay up these little loans that I have and pay one instalment which will be from nedbank, I was approved yesterday and given an offer and contract to sign....,,this morning I get an email for decline or an appeal meaning that I might not get the loan but the question is why approve knowing that you are not fully sure that i can pay the money after being your client for this long and never missed or skipped a payment...NEDBANK needs to do right by me...i came for the loan because i need it so please fix this
