Tyre and rim insurance MFC

I have insurance for tyre and rim with MFC always when I claim there are stories but they deduct premiums every month now when I claim I'm told that I'm only allowed to claim 4 times in a year which I'm not clear of as I never heard this worse the consultant told me to go to my nearest tigerwheel or supakwik
