*********** tyre and rim cover

I have a tyre and rim cover with MFC, end of April I had a tyre puncture on a Sunday, however due to the insurance not operating on the weekend, I had to pay cash to get my tyre replaced and request the refund. It's been over a month and still no refund, I've requested for this matter to be escalated multiple times with no assistance. I would not recommend this tyre cover, this service is appalling to say the least
