****ty ****ty service...

Well I logged a query about Nedbank on this page on December 14th and have not received a response from them since. This was following my phone call to their complaints dept on December 9th where I was promised by Charles that a case manager will contact me within 24 hours which did not happen either. From where I'm standing, Nedbank is saying I'm not worth their efforts. I'm without words, such ****ty service from a bank I was happily promoting to my friends and family. This is the end of the road for us. I'm not holding my breath for a response herein as they have so much failed to do before.
