****ty Service from Nedbank bethal branch

Ned Bank has to be the slowest bank I have ever been into. I have been trying to open an estate account since and of October 2020, an account which was previously opened by nedbank in 2016 and it closed then later on I found out that the are policies I didn't claim at and they si they need the estate late account reopened. Estate did approve that the account should be opened again then after they told me the I a new law which says "if the late wasn't banking with nedbank nedbank won't be able to help I went to the manager then it was discussed with head office then they said it should be opened" after that they said they get an error when adding a beneficiary since November the told this will be fixed they will get their technicians into it January I reported this to the manager and he told me to give him 5 days after that 5 days he went on leave, I called nedbank complains this Monday I spoke to someone by the name Mr Tipe and he said I should go to branch and tell them to call complains he will guide them. I went to the branch I told the lady handling the account she said she is not allowed to touch an account when it gets to head office or call them I have to speak to the manager, but they said the manager is on Skype meeting for th whole day, they said I can go they will contact me same day on what's happening I am still waiting.

This is going to be my 4th month still waiting.
