****TY PRIVATE BANKING CLIENT SERVICES!!!!

Last week, I visited a dealership with the intention of purchasing a car. I informed my private banker about my plans, but she continuously refused to listen and kept insisting that I wait for two months. Despite paying Nedbank significant monthly fees as a private client, they failed to offer me a competitive rate. Since my banker refused to assist, I had no choice but to proceed with the dealership capturing my application. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Given this experience, I see no other option but to move my banking elsewhere. It makes me question what I have been paying for all along.
