****ty bank and employees

A ********** application was done on my name yesterday at Glen Acres branch, called the call center and I have been put from pillar to post from yesterday till now, nobody is basically able to assist me with reporting this ***** Iv spoken to every department in nedbank and they keep transferring me to the next person.... I called the branch where they said the loan was open in and the receptionist says she can’t put the call through as the branch manager isn’t available and the team leaders by the names Jessica and Raymond are not picking up. Basically these people assisted a person apply for a loan on my name the next thing they are not available to take calls to report *****. nedbank is just useless with thier stuff... a person can easily open a loan **********ly and get away with it coz they are just useless to even assist or to even report a ***** case... I’m disgusted and furious right now I could even sue this ****ty bank
