Two years later with no results from my request to Nedbank.

I closed my late husbands 2 accounts with Nedbank in 2021. Nedbank asked me to open an Estate Late account - I app**** but had no reply. I then went to my own bank and opened the account in a few minutes. I took the proof of the account to Nedbank and then I communicated with a gentlemen working there. The bank charged me a fee of R52 per month. I asked the gentlemen numerous time to transfer the money that was left in my husbands account. Nothing happened and I went into the branch again - guess what? According to him my husband was still alive and I then close the Estate Late account at my bank --- Nedbank is the worst bank I have ever come across. Please be aware if you contemplate opening an account with them.
