Two days is not IMMEDIATELY

Dear Nedbank When a person chooses for a payment to be immediate they expext full that it will be on the same day, not two days later with a long story from your call center. Apparently you forgot that you offer a service that is being paid for and that the money is not yours.... why else would you be so nonchalant about this immediacy? Please sort this out urgently . Thank You
