I should give a 0 review for my troubles with Nedbank, but I really MUST commend Tumelo at Buffeldoorn Branch in Klerksdorp. It is the 2nd time that he was able to fix a problem with my surname on my card, after whoever keeps messing it up. So, in effect, Nedbank 0, Tumelo 10.
