Trying to get a settlement which is harder than a rock.

This is so frustrating. Trying to settle my Cc and have no help from nedbank they don't respond every consulant gives you a different story. Is there anyone in Nedbank Cc department that can help. Sent a number of emails to *** keeps coming back as not delivered and this is the only address that apparently works.
