Trying to close this account

I paid my credit card of on Friday the 21st of August. I phoned on Saturday the 22nd of August because I wanted to close the account. I was told to rather phone on Monday as it was a weekend and thew money was not reflecting on the banks side. I phoned Monday morning 8:03am and I spoke to Jasmin I was told that there was an outstanding amount of R905.93. I asked why I am being charged this additional R905.93 as the settle amount from Friday was paid in full. I did not get a good enough answer and so I just went ahead and paid the R903.95. I then phoned Nedbank again at 10:21and I was told by Tandile that there is an outstanding amount of +-R100 odd rand - this sark anger in me for obvious reasons.

I was told to phone again tomorrow as the money will then reflect.

This needs to be corrected, you can not give ma a settlement amount amount to pay and then change the total the next day and so on.

I need this account closed asap and refunded this that is owned to me.
