Trying to close deceased ACCOUNT

So my fiancé passed away. I went to the first branch where they told me to go to his original branch. And we moved to another province and that is where he passed away. Then today I go again to yet another branch. Now by them I need to get a letter at the court to close an empty account that is running in arrears as there is no money in it. Good Luck Nedbank. Worst Bank ever!!!!!!!!!!! Lets see you get your money from a deceased person.
