Trying to change a debit order date with Nedbank is virtually impossible

I have been trying to change the debit order date for my personal load since end August 2025. Not one of the consultants that took my call was able to change the date even if they said it was, resulting in my debit order going of before my salary was deposited into my bank account. When I phoned on a Saturday, I was told to phone on a weekday as the weekend staff is unable to assist. Going into the branch was just as counter productive as I was informed you need to phone the loans department to have the date changed. Phoned again today and was just cut off the whole time. Trying Debicheck on the app is useless, the mobi app is not user friendly and trying to connect with an agent is non-existing. I am seriously considering changing bank.
