Trying to call Nedbank :(

Has anyone ever tried to call Nedbank for a query? Its impossible to get hold of them.

My mother 84 years old has moved to New Zealand permanently 2 years ago. She still has her pension paid into her Nedbank Account. We had some issues with her logging in and as a result she is locked out of her internet banking. She also needs a bank statement for her SARS tax returns.

I am her son and live in SA. I have now tried multiple times to get hold of someone in the Grove branch in Pretoria to assist. I tried the branch number and it just rings. The national number took forever but the person transferred me to the branch just to have someone tell me the person who can help is in a meeting . She will call back. And of course no call back.

This is pathetic service to say the least and I am really saddened to have to send this mail.
