Trust no-one( Nedbank)

I have been begging Nedgroup Investments department to assist with a withdrawal and closing an account. I am told to go into the Branch but as I have told them on x15 different occasions, that I am living abroad, it is not possible.

They ignore the fact that they have closed my current account and i cannot make the withdrawal into another bank account outside of Nedbank - so what am I to do ?

I have been waiting patiently for 5 yrs for the investment to be unfrozen as Nedbank invested my money with African Bank which went bust and finally i can get my money but now they are hell bent on holding on to it
