Truly Client Centric

<p>Recently, I had to engage with the Nedbank Homeloans call centre over a few different matters. My experience with each of the homeloan consultants has been nothing short of pure awesome. They really listen to you, and give you the feeling that you are their most valued client.</p> <p>Their professionalism and empathy comes through strongly, and they make sure that you are 100% sorted. They certainly take full accountability for providing me with a great experience.</p> <p>I am sorry that I didn't capture all the consultants names, but perhaps a search on my name will reveal all my recent touchpoints. I encourage you (Nedbank) to recognise ALL those embassadors in your business who assisted me.
