Tried to withdraw funds, never recieved the funds
I tried to withdraw funds from an ATM, i have never received the funds, when phoning Nedbank, they confirmed that the funds will be in my account the very next day, that never happens of course, I then log a complaint and till now the matter has not been resolved neither can they confirm as to when the matter will be resolved.
