Tried to opt out of marketing many times but still receiving marketing emails

I've tried to opt out of marketing emails since September last year and I'm still receiving marketing emails. I clicked on the opt out link at the bottom of the emails and sent the opt out requests on: 28/09/2022 01/03/2023 27/06/2023 12/07/2023 26/07/2023

Yet I still got another marketing email yesterday. I called the call center and they tell me I have to go into the branch to stop receiving emails I never requested in the first place. This is becoming ridiculous.
