Treatment and attitude

Whent to nedbank at garankuwa Complex the floor manager was rude and she has a attitude . Whent in she told me to go and stand outside , whent back in to ask why I should stand outside she started shouting at me telling me that I'm pushi and I'm not the only customer . Then asked if I can be assisted by someone she said I can report her I'll always get her in the branch they won't fire her . The other lady she sand to assist she came with the same attitude and the first thing she told me was she cant assist me now have to start the line and she won't assist me after 12 when I'm not in the branch.
