treating clients fairly

Went to go withdraw money from the atm of which a service constant by the name of busisiwe khumalo cut through the line with other people that she personally came with of which when i confronted her regarding the matter ,she rudely responded infront of people ,clients should be treated with respect and not as trash,this is not a way of treating clients fairly at all,im very disappointed in how she handled herself at CHRIS HANI CROSSING BRANCH
