Travel insurance

After trying to get get hold of AIG in order to get a quote/indication of price for travel insurance regarding flights and baggage (I NEEDED to get prices before paying for a tour and including their insurance!) I called Nedbank credit card travel insurance yesterday afternoon, had to press 1 and got to AIG?? where a rude lady told me they are not doing Nedbank's travel insurance anymore. So after paying for the tour this morning I received a call from a guy from Nedbank (Bryte actually!) who wanted to top up my credit card insurance? This is not acceptable! Please get your electronic answering system in order!

And by the way - how on earth does Nedbank succeed in telling a client his card is expiring and new card will be sent to Bellville CBD branch when he has NEVER done any business at that branch but for the past 4 - 5 years always at Kuilsriver branch?

After my complaint my husband was contacted by the card division and he CANCELLED the garage card, explaining he can use his debit and credit card. After complaining about the card being delivered to Bellville branch and after cancelling the card we have now received the following message: Your garage card is at Nedbank Zevenwacht Branch. Kindly bring your ID or driving licence to collect your card. PLEASE sort this out! If there is any debit on the account for this card all hell will be loose.....because WE will have to try and sort it out with that useless card division. I can't even begin to tell you how many problems we have had over the years with the card division!!!
